ThermoSeal 500 Spray Foam ThermoSeal 500 is an all water blown .5lb light density open spray foam offering remarkable sprayability, cell structure, and durability in all temperatures. With a 3.8 R-Value and ~17,000 board feet of coverage this foam is the foam of choice among contractors when cost is a major factor to the end user. ThermoSeal 1200 Wall Foam ThermoSeal 1200 Wall Foam is an all water blown 1.2 lb medium density hybrid (open & closed cell) spray foam offering remarkable sprayability, cell structure, adhesision and durability in all temperatures. ThermoSeal 1200 is the ultimate wall foam as it can be sprayed within the wall studs and achieve code R-Values without needing to be trimmed as with .5lb foams minimizing labor cost and time on the job. ThermoSeal 1200 is a mjor step up over the 1/2lb foams when it comes to insulating walls. ThermoSeal 1200 offers a 4.9 R-Value and ~8,000 board feet of coverage. ThermoSeal 1200 is the only foam of choice for walls among contractors when compared to 1/2lb foams. ThermoSeal 1600 Spray Foam ThermoSeal 1800 is an all water blown 1.8 lb high density closed cell spray foam offering remarkable sprayability, cell structure, adhesision and durability in all temperatures. ThermoSeal 1800 is the long awaited alternative to 245fa based closed cell spray foams. Unlike other closed cell foams ThermoSeal 1800 can be sprayed in very cold temperatures with no boiling, drum bloating and spillover. Unlike othere closed cell spray foams ThermoSeal 1800 can be sprayed in very cold temperatures with minimal shrinkage, rifling, and loss of yeild. ThermoSeal 1800 can be sprayed within the wall studs and achieve code R-Values without needing to be trimmed, eliminating trimming, waste, and time on the job. ThermoSeal 1800 offers an approximate R-Value of 6 and ~ 5,500 board feet of coverage. ThermoSeal 2000 Spray Foam ThermoSeal 2000 is a 2.0 lb 245fa based high density closed spray foam offering remarkable sprayability, cell structure, adhesision and durability in all temperatures. ThermoSeal 2000 also comes in an "Arctic" version which can be sprayed in very cold temperatures (10~25F) with minimal shrinkage, rifling, and loss of yeild. ThermoSeal 2000 can be sprayed within the wall studs and achieve code R-Values without needing to be trimmed, eliminating trimming, waste, and time on the job. ThermoSeal 2000 offers an approximate R-Value of 6.9 and ~ 4,500 board feet of coverage.
